课题组主要以化学(无机化学、物理化学等)、化工、冶金、材料和环境等相关学科为基础,聚集资源、环境和能源中的稀土,稀有等战略金属元素,和对环境有毒、有害的重金属元素的先进分离科学与技术,开展针对复杂体系下金属离子的分离、提取和回收利用的新分离材料的制备、分离过程界面过程机理及新清洁分离工艺技术的研制,以促进我国特色矿物资源、二次资源及重金属污染的分离和高值化利用,解决资源高效利用和环境保护问题。针对我国北方矿和南方离子型矿稀土分离存在的资源利用率低和环境污染严重问题,开展关键科学问题的研究,遵循基础研究-新工艺开拓-产业化道路的研究思路,研究新萃取剂对复杂体系中稀土离子等的萃取热力学和界面动力学,开拓具有自主知识产权的稀土清洁冶金分离新工艺技术,实现新分离工艺技术的应用和推广。从源头解决稀土冶炼中的环境污染,提高有价伴生资源的综合回收,促进重稀土资源的高值化利用,保持我国稀土分离工艺技术处于国际领先水平。针对电镀等高污染化工冶金行业的含重金属废水,以及新能源产业中战略能源金属元素的循环利用,开展有价金属分离回收、和相关资源无害化处理的新方法和新技术研究。以源头控制为主,末端治理为辅,发展新分离材料和新分离方法,进行新工艺技术和高效设备的集成。开展有价金属元素全生命周期价值链的综合评价,为能源和环境产业发展中有价金属元素的回收利用提供新技术标准和示范。
