研究领域

主要的研究方向是湖泊微生物生态学及分子生态学,尤其是微食物网的结构、功能及其在湖泊物质循环过程中的作用。目前的研究兴趣主要是围绕着浅水湖泊富营养化机理及生态系统对富营养化的响应、蓝藻水华暴发机制等,研究磷在湖泊环境各介质中的分布、有效利用形式、迁移转化的途径、速率、影响因子、以及微生物、酶等在此过程中的作用。
