放线菌是一类产生丰富天然活性物质的重要微生物资源,广泛分布于多种生态环境,具有高度的物种、遗传和功能多样性。本研究组旨在发展和应用放线菌系统学与资源评估的理论和方法,解析放线菌的生物多样性和功能,探索其物种和功能演化的途径和机制,促进放线菌的资源开发和生态学研究。主要研究内容包括:
1)放线菌分子系统学与物种演化
(2)典型生境放线菌的群落结构与生态功能
(3)放线菌的天然产物发掘与功能演化
(4)空间环境因子对链霉菌的生物学效应
