19872013年二度荣获国家科技进步二等奖、中科院科技进步一等奖(1986)1992年被评为国家级有突出贡献的专家。1996年获中国科学院优秀研究生导师荣誉称号;2006年获何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖和上海市科教党委系统优秀共产党员称号;2008年获中国科学院研究生院杰出贡献教师荣誉称号。2012年被评为第五届全国优秀科技工作者。2013年荣获中国产学研合作创新奖、2014年度陈嘉庚化学科学奖、2014年中国化学会“手性化学成就奖”、上海市自然科学一等奖、2010-2014年度上海市先进工作者称号。

 

发表论文240篇,授权专利40项,实施转让10项,其中2项获上海市发明创造专利奖三等奖和第十六届中国专利金奖

 

完成国内外著作4本,分别是《Principle and Application of Asymmetric Synthesis(Wiley, 2001)、《手性合成——不对称反应及其应用》(科学出版社,第一版荣获“教育部普通高等学校优秀教材二等奖”,第二版“列为中国科学院研究生教学丛书”,2007年第三版、2010年第四版、2013年第五版)、《手性药物——研究与评价》(化学工业出版社,2011年出版和《Chiral Drugs: Chemistry and Biological Action(John Wiley, 2011)
